The Abs Routine Class is now being held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 8:30 a.m.; and Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, noon and 5 p.m.
This free class is a total body workout with a strong emphasis on abdominal exercises. A physical fitness assessment must be completed prior to attending class and you must be at least 18 years of age. All physical fitness assessments are completed by Clark Fitness Center training staff.
