FORT LEE, Va. (Feb. 16, 2012) -- In today's society, the majority of communication is done through social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, etc. This way of communication allows society to stay up-to-date with current events in real time without missing information that is ever-changing.

With increasing technology, Kenner Army Health Clinic has developed Facebook and Twitter accounts to reach out to the Fort Lee community. This allows our patients to see updates as they occur, such as changes to Kenner's hours of operation, closures and upcoming events.

These venues also give patrons an opportunity to voice their compliments and concerns about the services they receive and are a forum for other valued beneficiaries to see. The Fort Lee community will be able to see photos and comments on KAHC's thread.

The clinic commander, Col. Joseph S. Pina, encourages everyone to "like" the Kenner Facebook page and give feedback about the services they receive. Also, check out the home page, http://kenner.narmc.amedd.army.mil, to see different department hours and services provided.
