The 500 Fitness Club is designed to log the miles of cardiovascular activity that fitness center patrons achieve. The goal is to reach 500 miles of total aerobic activity. This is to be accomplished in the fitness center on one of the many exercise equipment available. The machines approved for this task are the bike, cross-trainers and treadmills. Each participant must log the miles with the miles, time and machine used, and initialize the log sheet. The miles are only valid if done at the fitness center. Outside activity does not count toward the 500 Club.
Join anytime and go at your own pace. The concept is to establish a starting point for every patron with an incentive to get into the gym and keep fit.
