There is a variety of fitness and weight training opportunities for all ages at the MacLaughlin Fitness Center and Clark Fitness Center. The following is a selection of the many programs offered to installation members.

Youth Weight Instruction

Kids ages 12 – 15 can register now for one of the Youth Weight Instruction Class at the Clark Fitness Center, March 10, 8 a.m. - noon.

The class teaches youth how to properly use the weight equipment located at Clark Fitness Center. The class is free and pre-registration is required. Registration forms are available at the Clark Fitness Center office.

Lunchtime Aerobics

Every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday a variety of aerobics classes are offered at the MacLaughlin Fitness Center, 12:10 - 1:10 p.m.

Choose any or all of the following: the Choreographed Body Sculpting Class on Mondays, Power Core Board Training on Tuesdays, Zen Core Board Training on Wednesdays or Exercise Ball on Thursdays.

Cost is $4 per class or 10 classes for $20.

Cardio Kick Boxing

A cardio kick boxing class is available at MacLaughlin Fitness Center, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:15 - 6:15 p.m.

Abs Routine Class

Work on that six-pack at the Clark Fitness Center’s Abs Routine Class held Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m.; Monday – Thursday, noon and 5:30 p.m.

Students must be age 18 or older. Class is free, and a physical fitness assessment is required to participate.
