About 300 Fort Lee community members attended the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Birthday Observance Jan. 16 at the Lee Theater. The program was hosted by the 23rd Quartermaster Brigade and the Equal Opportunity Office, and it included a heartfelt rendition of the national anthem sung by 1st Sgt. Danielle Brooks, a dramatic performance by Sgt. 1st Class Brian Francis and guest speaker Rev. Vodricka L. Epps, pastor of Hopewell’s Mount Calvary Baptist Church.
