Kenner Sets Holiday Weekend Schedule
Kenner Army Health Clinic and Mosier Consolidated Troop Medical Clinic 1 will be open Nov. 8 (training holiday) for patient care. Troop Medical Clinic 2 will be closed that day. All clinic facilities and services will be closed Nov. 11 in observance of Veterans Day.

SAMC Schedules Food Drives at Commissary
The Sergeant Audie Murphy Club is seeking Thanksgiving donations of non-perishable food items and cash Nov. 2 and 16, 9 a.m. - noon, at the Fort Lee Commissary. 400 Shop Road.
A table will be set up both days to accept the donations. All proceeds will go to the Boy Scouts Club of America.

Mandatory TARP Training Scheduled for Nov. 13
The final Threat Awareness and Reporting Program briefings for 2019 are set for Nov. 13, 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., at the Lee Theater.
Personnel are reminded to bring their CAC for verification of attendance. The training is a mandatory annual requirement for military members, DOD employees and contractors with a security clearance.

Theater Group to Conduct Auditions for ‘Barefoot in Park’
The Theater Company at Fort Lee will hold auditions for “Barefoot in the Park” Nov. 4-5, 7 p.m., in the Lee Theater, Mahone Avenue.
Director Joy Williams seeks two women and four men in the 20-65 age groups for roles as the “very enthusiastic, free spirted” young wife; “straight laced, dry wit” young husband; “eccentric, very charming,” neighbor; “good humored” telephone repairman; and several other actors. Rehearsals begin in early January for production dates set for weekends Feb. 1-17. Participation is voluntary.

Tickets on Sale for CASCOM Holiday Reception
Ticket sales are underway for the CASCOM 2019 Holiday Reception. The event is set for Dec. 6, 5-7 p.m., at the Lee Club, 9009 Battle Dr.

American Indian Observance to be Held Nov. 21
The Fort Lee community will celebrate National American Indian Heritage Month with a special observance set for Nov. 21, 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m., in the Lee Theater. Admission is free and open to the public.
The theme is “Honoring Our Nations: Building Strength Through Understanding.”
The guest speaker will be Doll Alexander who will present a program of Native American storytelling called “My Name is Noyaka.” The Chickahominy Indian Tribe Dancers and the Wolf Creek Cherokee Tribe Drummers also will perform at the observance.
