The Army Emergency Relief campaign continues through May 15.
Since being established in 1942, AER has helped more than 3 million Soldiers and Family members, with more than $1 billion.
In 2006, AER assisted 57,000 Soldiers and their Families with more than $58 million.
AER can assist with emergency financial needs for food, rent or utilities; emergency transportation and vehicle repair; funeral expenses; medical/dental expenses; personal needs when pay is delayed or stolen.
All contributions to the Army-wide campaign are tax deductible.
