Exchange Customer Survey

The Army and Air Force Exchange Service is asking for 500 Fort Lee customers to participate in its 2013 Customer Satisfaction Index, Aug. 31- Sept. 21. The survey addresses customer service, pricing, sales associate availability, merchandise assortment and more.

To participate, visit the Exchange, 11 a.m. - 2 p.m., or 4-6 p.m., Monday-Friday; or 10 a.m. - 6 p.m., Saturday and Sunday. Those who complete the survey will receive a coupon worth $5 off their next purchase at the Exchange.

KAHC Labor Day Holiday Hours

Kenner Army Health Clinic will be open on Aug. 30 for the training holiday. All Kenner services will be closed Sept. 2 in observance of Labor Day.

Lee Playhouse Auditions

The Theater Company at Fort Lee will hold auditions for its production “Dancing at Lughnasa,” Sept. 9-10, 7 p.m., at the Lee Playhouse, building 4300, Mahone Avenue.

Director Julie Fulcher-Davis seeks three males and five females, ages 25-50. All characters should plan to speak with an Irish dialect and be prepared to read from the script. No performers are paid. Rehearsals begin immediately after casting for the Nov. 1-17 production.

Marriage and Family Seminar

Registration is open for a marriage and family seminar, Sept. 13-15, at Fort Magruder Hotel and Conference Center, Williamsburg.

Entitled Building the Legacy, the weekend will include classes on stress, conflict resolution and decision making. There will be activities for teens, and child care will be provided for children under 12.

POW/MIA Recognition Day

The Robert E. Lee Chapter, Association of United States Army, and Fort Lee will co-sponsor the POW/MIA Recognition Day observance, Sept. 20, 11:30 a.m., at the Lee Club. Retired Brig. Gen. John Nicholson will discuss patriotism, leadership and the American Free Enterprise System.

Tickets are $14 and can be purchased through any agency sergeant major.

Supply Support Activity Closure

The Supply Support Activity office will be closed Sept. 23-27 to conduct an 100-percent annual inventory. Normal operations will resume Oct. 1.

Army Community Service Survivor Outreach Services will host the annual Run for the Fallen, Oct. 19, 10 a.m. - 12:30 p.m., at Williams Stadium.
